Request deletion

Once the contact channel is activated, email [CONFIRMED EMAIL] with the subject “ONEAI — data deletion”. Include the email used for your request and identify the data to delete. Do not send passwords or identity document copies.

Verification and handling

Proportionate identity verification may be required. Data and copies at connected providers will be reviewed; any legally required retention will be explained. Response period: [TO CONFIRM].

If you are a customer of a business, contact that business first. Product data responsibilities will be defined in the business agreement. An automated Meta deletion callback is not included in this MVP.
