Scope

This draft covers demo requests on the ONEAI website. Processing customer messages, calls and CRM records within CEVIKADMIN will be governed by a separate agreement and actual configuration.

Data collected

Once connected, the form sends your name, business name, email, selected channel, message, language, consent and request time. Do not include sensitive information or third-party personal data.

Purpose and providers

Data will be used to respond to your demo request. Cloudflare is the intended hosting provider. When n8n / Supabase are connected, the actual providers, hosting regions, transfers and legal basis will be listed here.

Retention and requests
